And yes, it’s my real name. I promise.

I’m not exactly new to the blogging world, WordPress.com has been the home of countless blogs I’ve had over the years, created on several whims. 

My previous blogs were constrained to specific topics/niche, mostly consisting of reviews of books, TV shows, and films. Although these things certainly take up a lot of my free time, they represent a mere fraction of the things I believe in, think about, and feel. 

In this blog, I hope to share my thoughts on topics I connect with, about the adventures I have, about everything I’m passionate about – a sum of just about everything that makes me who I am. 

For starters, here are 5 random facts about me: 

1. I have a love/hate relationship with numbers, but it’s love for the most part. 
2. I don’t know how to swim, yet I love the water so much I’m not afraid of it, so my parents call me a mermaid. 
3. The last time that I had short hair was when I was in kindergarten. 
4. I have a cat named Missy and I love her dearly. 
5. If I dare compare myself to ice cream flavors, I think I’m more of a pistachio vs vanilla – more an acquired taste than everyone’s default pick.
