Hi! I know it’s been forever, but this will be a very short one. I just wanted to quickly drop and share this new smoothie recipe (perfect for months of summer heat!!!). This was inspired by the smoothie from one of my (new!) favorite local restaurants, Hudson Botanical. It’s refreshing and delicious and super healthy! Without further ado, here’s the 5 key ingredients.
- spinach
- mango
- passion fruit
- coconut water
- coconut milk
As you may have noticed, I didn’t include any measurements because it’s a smoothie and you should make it the way you like it, and it might require some playing around with different ratios, but I definitely recommend you to try the combination of these 5!
